OVERVIEW OF PROGRAM:

Chiller Resources, Inc., is engaged in the business of marketing HVAC, refrigeration, and related equipment through its Internet sites as well as other advertising medium. Chiller Resources, Inc. also offers Consignment and Investment Recovery Services to its clients. Chiller Resources, Inc. will market the equipment and bring qualified leads directly to sellers of equipment who have their equipment listed with us. There is no charge to sellers for listing their equipment. Interested parties must contact Chiller Resources, Inc. to get seller's name and contact information. Chiller Resources, Inc. will screen each prospective buyer to ensure that they are legitimately in the market for the equipment. We will provide sellers contact information only to screened buyers. Chiller Resources, Inc. will notify sellers each time their contact information is provided to buyers via fax, email, and/or telephone. Sellers will negotiate directly with buyers and buyers will pay directly to sellers. After the transaction is complete, sellers will remit to Chiller Resources, Inc., our fee for marketing the equipment.

FEE STRUCTURE:

*Final purchase price is amount paid to SELLER from BUYER, fob origin. (Shipping excluded)
